Group Lead Role

You will:

  • serve as the group leader and coordinator

  • be the point of contact between program administrators, RELO office, and participants

  • help participants in preparing for the U.S. experience

  • facilitate post-program activities with participants

Eligibility:

  • Must be a Russian citizen residing in Russia.

  • Must be an English language teacher with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

  • Must be an alumnus of a previous U.S. exchange program(s).

  • Must not have participated in prior ELEX exchange program cycles.

  • Has experience interacting with the Regional English Language Office.

  • Must demonstrate leadership qualities and view themselves as a leader.

  • Should possess a strong understanding of the U.S. educational system .

  • For ISTE participation: should be an experienced technology user in the classroom.
